- 8-week program provided online via Final Surge.
- Each person participating will work from the same schedule, but you will receive individual, tailored feedback on a consistent basis from Coach Kate.
- Specific workouts provided for every single day, including walk/jog workouts, basic strength progressions (w/ videos of each exercise provided), and active recovery days.
- Four (4) group meet-ups/workouts on Wednesday and Sunday evenings (~6pm on Wednesdays and ~4pm on Sundays) – meeting location of Washington-Liberty High School track or nearby Oak Grove Park.
- Mid-program group call + 1:1 check-in calls on an ad hoc/requested basis.
- Regular, consistent, personalized feedback from Coach Kate.
- Weekly emails with tips re: fitness, nutrition, and other relevant topics.
- Group 5k at the end of the program to celebrate our success!
- $125 for the entire program.
